Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost when the request is made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your visit to The Spa at Burlton. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit The Spa at Burlton will be charged. Booking are transferable to friend and family if you cannot come. Special Offers, Promotional Offers and Voucher Offers In the event of changes or amendments being made to bookings relating to Promotions and Special Events, all bookings are subject to availability and cannot be used with any other offer.
