Cancellation Policy
Due to currently experiencing a public health emergency as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Siam Harmony must change health and safety protocols to meet government guidelines, both clients and staff. Therefore, referring to the government guidance update on 9th July 2020, Siam Harmony will not be offering the following services: Lip wax Chin wax All facial treatments Spa Express Package Half spa day Package Spa day Package Afternoon tea and traditional tea Further notifications will be made when guidance guidelines change. -Changing rooms and shower rooms are closed, so clients with body massages booked will have to come with clean clothes and body. -All body massages will not include head and face massages. -Due to the increasing cost of PPE and fervent sanitising of products, equipment and area after each client, all offers and discounts have been stopped, but prices will not increase. -All gift vouchers and packages bought before or during the COVID-19 pandemic are automatically extended another year -Every client that enters the premise must have a face mask worn at all times, provided by themselves or bought at the site, once in the spa, with the right to terminate treatments if rules are ignored. Please notify staff when booking if the face mask rule is a problem concerning the client. -Through the period of the pandemic, we cannot provide a waiting or relaxing area in the reception room, but clients are allowed to wait in the car park outside the reception area if they have arrived before treatment time. -We accept all card payments, cash must be paid in full in an envelope, since staff will not deal with change. -Please use the hand gel provided at the front door before opening it and all clients must wash hands with the provided soap before receiving treatment. If you are allergic to certain soap or hand gel ingredients. please inform staff when booking and feel free to provide your own products. Every treatment will not be carried through without hand washing beforehand. In the occurrence where you or the client in question has contracted COVID-19, the NHS test & trace program will be put into action, meaning we will also be sharing your personal information of name, telephone number, date of visit and arrival and departure time to the NHS. This information will only be used where necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19. During this pandemic, cancellation will have to become common place when a situation like this arises again. We cannot compromise the safety of our clients and staff so please bear this in mind for any appointment booked in this difficult time. This is our priority above all that we will adhere to. This does not mean that this is easy for us to make this decision, as our two only staff come from the same household and we cannot afford to employ another with the current working time being increased due to sanitization. This is the reality we have to face and work with so please be patient with us and we will do our best to facilitate your needs. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel treatments, promotional offers, Harmony Spa Ritual or Spa Package. As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms: Individual Treatments Individual treatments can be booked over the phone 01743 290247 or online booking at www.siamharmony.co.uk, subject to availability. Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost when the request is made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your visit to The Spa at Burlton. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit The Spa at Burlton will be charged. Booking are transferable to friend and family if you cannot come. Spa Package and Harmony Spa Ritual Package We request 50% deposit to all packages at the time of reservation and this is non-refundable. Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost, when this request is made a minimum of 14 days prior to your visit to The Spa at Burlton. The option to change your date is offered and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking to visit The Spa at Burlton will be charged. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit The Spa at Burlton will be charged. Please note that individual treatments booked in addition to your Spa Package will become part of your package and be liable to the same terms and conditions. All Package items are transferable between guests. Booking within 14 days prior to arrival the full cost are request at the time of reservation and non-refundable. Special Offers, Promotional Offers and Voucher Offers In the event of changes or amendments being made to bookings relating to Promotions and Special Events, all bookings are subject to availability and cannot be used with any other offer. The offers do not apply to treatments and packages already booked. All offers are transferable between guests.
